London Skolars ‘A’ defeated South London Storm on Saturday, 66-16, to stay top of the Southern Premier and the only team with their 100% record remaining. After last week’s bruising encounter against Hammersmith, the Skolars appeared battle hardened and never looked like losing. Aaron Small ran in a first half hat trick, others helping the half time score to 36-16 were James Fletcher, Smokie Junor and Dalton Van Loggerenberg, Aiden Oakley kicking 6. South London replied with a try of their own
There was no respite for Storm in the second half with Skolars skipper Fletcher doubling his first half effort, Aaron Small again scoring, Jerry Obuchowski getting a second half brace and Lameck Juma bagging a try all converted by Aiden Oakley who finished the day 11 from 11 helping the final score to 66-16.
